Flexible, fast and accurate positional sensing is a feature of our Absolute Incremental Encoder.
The encoder uses a magnet and a magnetic sensing element to determine the angular position of the sensor, which allows for much faster, more accurate position sensing.
The standard version of this sensor provides a digital output signal, producing 360 pulses per revolution and a rotation indicator signal.
The sensor can be configured to produce up to 1000 pulses per revolution, or it can provide positional feedback through serial interfaces, either RS485 or RS232.
